Senator Letter #6

Dear Senator Biden:

My name is Daniel Rivera, and I go to Frank Borman Middle School and I am in eighth grade. I am writing you this this letter because I have written a law that I want to share with you. I want to share this law with you so that you can pass it and it can be a law. The reasons I think it should be a law is because taxes are to high and people cannot afford them.

In the United States, all U.S citizens and residents have to pay taxes if they want to or not. Usually people don't want to pay taxes because it is a waste of there money. People don't want to waste money on taxes because the money that they waste on taxes they can spend on them selves or on there family. This might not be a big issue to everybody but it is to some people. This is a problem because taxes are to high if they would stop giving so many people other people's tax money the taxes could be lowered. Another way the taxes could be lowered is by stopping the war in Iraq this way the taxes wont pay for the wars equipment, gas and other accessories.

In the United States all U.S citizens and residents have to pay taxes if they want to or not. They have to pay there taxes even if they want to or not even though the taxes are so high. The thing that I want you to do is pass a law to lower taxes. I know that there can be no taxes at all but you can make the taxes be lowered. The reason I want you to lower taxes is because taxes they are to high. And the money that people spend on the taxes they could be putting it to a better use. Could use on themselves or on there family.

The reason I think this law will work is because people will be happy that they don't have to pay that much money any more. Another reason that I think that this law will work is because by stopping the war in Iraq less people would die every year. If less people die every year that would be a good thing because there families would not suffer. So that is the reason that I think this law would work.

So that is the law that I want you to pass as a senator. That is what I want you as a senator to do and why I think my law will work. The reason that I shared this law with you is that pass my law. So thank you for reading this letter and hopefully you will pass my law and make a lot of people happy by lowering taxes.
