Senator Letter #8

Dear Senator Baucus:

I am writing this letter to you because I think that we should give immigrants a chance to try to work here to try to make a living. We have done a lot for this country like do the jobs that other people don’t want to do. We have also put up many of restaurants and things so that it could be a better place. They should give us immigrants a chance.

All immigrants come to America for a reason. Not just to come and ruin it here for the people in America we come so that we could try to support our families and try to get a better life so that they could have a plate of food to eat at the table or to be able to give them a pair of shoes so that they could have something to walk with and not have to be bear foot. A lot of people don’t even have anything to do or wear or not even eat because some people are to poor to afford any of that stuff.

Another thing is that people don’t like immigrants because they think that we are going to take the things away from them just because ewe need a little help from some of the people her in America. I believe that they should at least let us be her for a little so that we could at list have something to take back to Mexico and not have to starve aura self to death when there is no work over there and people don’t have enough money to pay the house or anything that they need to pay like the bills and the rent and stuff like that.

Americans should try to consider all the good stuff that we do not only the bad things. Mexicans are important in this world to its not only about them is about everyone hir not only the rich or middle the poor should be worth it to.
I think they should all try to treat us the same. They should help us out with most of the stuff. Thank you for reading this letter. Hope it changes your mind with the way you think about us.

Sincerely:

Denisse Chavez
